Manually Remove secure.premiumflashupgrade.com Virus from infected PC

A virus secure.premiumflashupgrade.com hijacked my homepage, it is not removing via my pc. I just downloaded the howtouninstallvirus.com actual video clip and all following my computer got infected, i dont know what must i truly do whereas i've good anivirus software. Please let me to Re-Set my homepage again..
